WeTransfer Interactive Takeover

Role: Concepting, Art Direction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design

When MOO had the opportunity to be the sole advertiser on WeTransfer across two separate dates, the goal was to develop a takeover ad that was both eye-catching and made smart use of the platform’s interactive capabilities. (And yes, developed on a quick turnaround.)

The concept was simple: MOO makes print products for brands that want to look their best—and if you can dream it, we can print it.

The takeover had a click-through rate close to double MOO’s past WeTransfer benchmark, and resulted in over 1 million impressions.

Hovering over a product offers more detail, and each product links out to a shoppable landing page. This also enabled us to track which products (and specific designs) were receiving the most clicks.

The user can also scroll through the five scenes using the controller at the bottom of the wallpaper. I was responsible for working with the WeTransfer development team to get the interactivity exactly as we wanted it.

For the scene above, I also art directed the imagery within each printed design.
